TASK & PURPOSE
Design a t-shirt to help promote Paul Ridley’s 2,950 mile solo row across the Atlantic Ocean in a quest to raise $500,000 to fight cancer in honor of his late mother.
SOLUTION
During Paul’s row across the Atlantic, friends and family could follow him on the internet through a GPS tracker he had on his boat. At a very trying time on the trip, Paul hit some bad weather that made forward progress difficult. In fact, he ended up losing ground (water) over the course of a few days. The result? A heart-shaped path (illustrated on shirt) to his final destination.
